This contract shall be deemed to have been signed between WebPC (referred to as WebPC), which provides the services specified in the services section (referred to as Services), and the person / organisation (referred to as Customer) specified with the details specified in the new customer registration section, with the use of the website (referred to as the Site) operating at the internet address https://www.webpc.com belonging to WebPC and the services to be purchased through this site with the following terms and conditions.
The parties declare, accept and undertake the accuracy of the information written in this contract.
This contract will regulate the sections that the customer is allowed to do and not to do in accordance with the information provided by the customer in his transactions on the site, orders, messages he sends in the registration process, and the fees to be paid to WebPC in return for the services he will receive in accordance with his preferences in his orders. These service and transaction descriptions are as follows.
Membership information is the information entered by the customer during membership. Since this information will be the basis for the transactions made, it is assumed that the customer and the member enter this information completely and correctly.
During registration, purchase or similar transactions, WebPC may require the sharing of contact information such as e-mail, mobile phone, etc. in order to make notifications, send newsletters or implement security protocols such as account confirmation, and may request that this information be confirmed by methods such as verification codes, and may require these approval processes to use the services.
WebPC may send notifications or newsletters about its services using the contact information provided by the user during registration.
WebPC will provide the services submitted as an order at the request of the customer. Upon acceptance of the order, WebPC will acknowledge receipt of the relevant fee and undertake to provide the service specified in the order.
The method of payment, tax differences will be indicated by the total amount to be deducted at the time of ordering and WebPC will inform the customer of the fees to be paid according to the monthly or annual payment preferences.
The service will start after order acceptance and confirmation of transactions. The responsibility of the relevant accounts and passwords is the responsibility of the customer and the customer will be responsible for any loss and damage that may arise from these issues.
The customer undertakes to comply with the statements and warnings received by WebPC within the service received. The customer declares, accepts and undertakes to comply with any warnings or notices issued by WebPC while making use of the hosting account. The customer may not distribute or sell the services provided to him/her free of charge and unlimitedly in the hosting service he/she has received to third parties, paid or free of charge and/or limited or unlimitedly.
The customer undertakes not to access files or programmes to which he/she does not have the right of access by using the software and programmes he/she has within the service, not to create any problems due to such a problem, and to compensate the damages in case of problems and problems that may occur.
The customer accepts and undertakes that the taxes, fees and similar obligations that are in force during the use of the domain name, hosting or services received or will enter into force during the contract belong to him and that he will meet them.
The customer accepts and undertakes that he/she is responsible for all files, documents and programmes that he/she hosts within the service, all transactions that he/she will use and benefit from with the website and e-mail services, and that he/she accepts and undertakes to bear all legal and criminal liability that may arise from the illegality of such data, information and statements. No fault can be attributed to WebPC for any problems that may arise in this regard. WebPC does not review, verify, endorse or endorse pages before they are submitted or take any responsibility whatsoever for pages made by the user. WebPC may terminate user accounts for violations of these guidelines or for any other reason or because WebPC believes it is detrimental to its business or the business of any of its users. WebPC reserves the right to delete unlawful acts and actions without notice to the customer as soon as it becomes aware of them.
WebPC cannot be held responsible in any way for the content of customer data contained in the service it provides, the incorrect / malicious use of these contents, as well as any material or moral damages that may arise from the e-mail data sent and received. All data backup and storage obligations belong to the customer. WebPC cannot be held responsible for any errors, material or moral damages that may occur in case of interruption or data loss that may occur in its services.
WebPC will handle the registration of the domain name ordered and paid for by the customer without any problems. The customer is the owner of the domain name registered and paid for with the registration request accepted with the order. WebPC will be able to act on the domain name in accordance with the customer's requests in this regard. It will make an arrangement, change and transfer requests by the customer on the domain name as soon as possible.
WebPC's responsibility for the services it provides is the monthly price of the service received. In case of any disruptions, problems and damages that may occur in customer services, the compensation claim cannot exceed the monthly price of the service.
WebPC will take the necessary care and diligence to ensure that the customer's backups are kept regularly, but cannot be held responsible for any data loss incurred by the customer due to problems that may arise in this regard, the customer is obliged to save its own data regularly.
WebPC may change the products and services it provides over time.
The Customer is obliged to use the services received in a way that does not harm other users. WebPC may warn the Customer in case of detection of such use and request correction or temporarily suspend the service without giving information.
WebPC may decide to terminate the service without any conditions, regardless of the content and scope of the product and service used. In this case, the balance remaining from the service and product will be refunded to the user. Cancellation with customer request is made only as Site balance. If the customer does not accept the refund or does not respond to the relevant notifications, the relevant balance is reflected in the account as a plus balance.
WebPC reserves the right to discontinue or completely cancel expired domain name, hosting, or other services after the expiration of the term. There is no obligation to maintain any data records after the cancellation of expired or unpaid services.
WebPC complies with the requirements of ICANN and REGISTRAR companies, which are in the position of domain name main producer, in domain name registration services. All responsibilities and processes in this regard are valid as the terms of REGISTRAR companies. The registration processes of domain names are managed by software systems, these software are running on WebPC and Registrar companies. The Customer is responsible for the control of the entire process in case of errors that may occur in processes such as registration, updating, editing, modification, deletion due to malfunctions or access problems that may occur during this work.
Domain name registration, renewal or editing processes are carried out through 3rd party software or manual processes. In the event of errors that may arise from such transactions, the customer is obliged to share these notifications with WebPC in case the user realises the error or is notified by the registrar company. Otherwise, WebPC is not responsible for any disruptions, damages or losses that may occur.
WebPC shares customer information with the Domain Operator or intermediary company in domain name registration transactions as it is mandatory from the registration process. In WebPC, Domain Name Registration Services, the responsibility of whois information change and accuracy, domain name registration password responsibility, transfer lock responsibility belongs to the customer. WebPC or domain operators may suspend the domain name due to whois information that is not verified in accordance with ICANN rules. They may request documents to verify whois information.
In domain operations such as registration, transfer, renewal, whois, NS update, status change, etc., WebPC applies the relevant ICANN rules together with the rules and agreements of the registrar from which it receives service. These rules may change over time. The user is deemed to have accepted all possible changes to these agreements and rules.

If the customer does not want to renew or wants to renew through a different company, in this case, the Registrar has the right to act within the framework of the rules set by the companies and Icann.
WebPC suspends domain names as of the expiry date for customers who do not fulfil the renewal processes in domain name services on time. This suspension process varies according to the time determined by the manufacturer of the domain name. During this period, the main customer who purchased the domain name can renew the domain name by paying the annual renewal fee and regain the right to use it again. If the domain name is not renewed within this period, the domain name will fall into REDEMPTATION PERIOD. In this process, the right to the domain name has now left the customer and is left to the discretion of our company and the registrar company. In this process, WebPC or Registrar has the right to sell the domain name to a different company. During the redemption period, the old customer who wants to buy the domain name again or the new customer who wants to buy a new one can get it back by paying the penalty fee, the value of which varies according to the domain name generator, but the average is 100 USD. For domain names that are not taken after the redemption period, the process is now at the discretion of the Registrar and it is not possible to recover the domain name through WebPC after this process.
Domain name services are not a product sold, but a form of service for which the right of use is obtained for the period for which the fee is paid. For this reason, if the fee is not paid within the expiry period of the domain name, this right may pass to another person.
Virtual Dedicated Server, Cloud VDS, leases you 1 Gbit / s Port speed 100 Mbit / s shared network usage is assumed. It is 25% that you can use instantly. In case of exceeding these conditions, WebPC may apply line limitation for a short time or until the end of the product period as a result of examinations.
The rights and obligations of the parties specified in this contract begin with the transmission of the order and payment transactions to WebPC via the internet.
The duration of the contract is the payment period selected by the customer during the order for the relevant service.
If the parties have not notified that the contract will expire at the end of the term until 10 working days before the expiry of the contract, the contract will be extended for the duration of the previous contract with the same terms and conditions. (Changes in the wage are reserved).
The fee to be paid for the services specified in this contract is the amount specified during the order process. It is calculated by including VAT afterwards to the specified fees and the collection is realised by showing it to the customer.

The customer is obliged to notify WebPC of the payments for the services received, regardless of the payment method. The order number, the name of the product or service paid for and the payment method must be clearly stated in the notification.
It does not downgrade the package in all services provided by WebPC.
If automatic upgrade is not provided by the system in upgrade orders, the user is obliged to notify the system administrators.
WebPC reserves the right to stop all services provided to the customer, e-mail, web, ftp accounts due to problems with payment, provisioning problems for customers with credit card payment orders or provisions and obligations.
During the continuation of this situation, e-mail, web, ftp access cannot be made on behalf of the customer and e-mail accounts are blocked and incoming e-mails are rejected.
If the customer does not fulfil its responsibilities and commitments by acting contrary to any article of this contract or if it is determined that the information declared on the face of this contract is not correct, WebPC has the right to unilaterally terminate the contract without any notice and notice if the above-mentioned contract suspension continues for more than 7 days.
After the termination to be realised in this way, the customer; declares, accepts and undertakes that it cannot claim back the last contract fee it has paid regardless of the remaining period, and to pay 5 times the commercial penalty compensation of the precedent contract price in force on the date of termination.
The customer has the right to terminate this contract at the end of its term, without giving any reason, provided that a written notice is given 10 days before the contract expires with the normal term.
In the event that the contract is terminated by the customer before the expiry of the contract, it declares, accepts and undertakes to pay 1/2 of the fees to be paid until the end of the contract in advance and in advance.
The parties have accepted, declared and undertaken to accept, declare and undertake the addresses specified in the order address as the legal notification addresses for all kinds of notifications arising from the subject contract.
All notifications made to these addresses shall be deemed to have been served even if they are not received by the parties. Unless the changes of these addresses are notified to the other party in writing, the old addresses shall be valid.
WebPC sözleşme süresi içinde müşteri’ye tahsis ettiği elektronik posta adresine mesaj, bilgi, yazı, ihtar, ödeme bildirimi, hesap hareket çizelgesi, hesap ekstresi gönderebilir. Müşteri söz konusu elektronik iletilerin alınmadığı yada kendisine ulaşmadığı iddiasında bulunamayacağı gibi yasal anlamda tebliğ etmiş sayılacağını beyan, kabul ve taahhüt eder.
If the customer fails to make payment for the services received within 7 days following the application date, he/she shall be deemed to be in default. In this case, WebPC may issue a currency difference invoice or, if it wishes, it may demand 7% monthly delay interest from the invoice date. The customer declares and agrees to pay this default interest and exchange rate difference invoice.
The customer declares, accepts and undertakes to pay 7% monthly default interest, penalty clause up to 50% of the balance debt amount, 10% Attorney's Fees and all other legal expenses in case WebPC opens a lawsuit or enforcement proceedings for any receivables arising from this contract.
The Customer hereby declares, accepts and undertakes that WebPC is authorised to take an unsecured Precautionary Attachment and Precautionary Measure decision in the event that it applies to the legal authorities for Precautionary Attachment and Precautionary Measure for the collection of its receivables arising from this contract, but despite this, when collateral is requested by the Courts, the commission and all kinds of fees arising from the letters of guarantee to be obtained from the Banks will be paid by them and they will not make any objection to these issues.
